Mr. and Mrs. William M. Skillen of 184 Swift Road, Whitinsville, MA announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer L. Skillen, to Damian J. Megna.

Miss Skillen is a graduate of North bridge High School and the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, Storrs. She is a pharmacist at Consumer Value Store Pharmacy, Uxbridge.

Mr. Megna, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip C. Megna of 39 Club House Way, Sutton, is a graduate of Northbridge High School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, and received a master's degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston. He is a design engineer at Teradyne Inc., Boston.

An August wedding is planned.
