James Ramsey of Pinehurst, N.C. and Mary Ramsey of Augusta, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Beth A. Ramsey, to John C. Joyce.

Miss Ramsey is a graduate of University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She is employed by Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Joyce, the son of Nancy J. Joyce of 23 Skyline Drive, Clinton, MA., and the late John J. Joyce, is a graduate of Babson College, Wellesley.  He is employed by PTC, Atlanta, GA.
