Mr. and Mrs. Philip J. Philbin announce the engagement of their daughter, Tanya A. Philbin, to Christopher N. Chin.

Miss Philbin is a graduate of West Boylston High School and Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, MA. She is employed by New England Spas & Sunrooms, Natick, MA.

Mr. Chin, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Chin of Needham, is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is employed by South Shore Volvo, Norwell.
