Mr. and Mrs. John Monopoli of 53 Wilson St., Worcester, MA announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Nicole M. DiPilato, to Michele Salerno Jr.

Miss DiPilato, a graduate of North High School, is a preschool teacher at Mulberry Child Care and Preschool.

Mr. Salerno, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michele Salerno Sr. of 7 Winco Road, Worcester, MA, is a graduate of Worcester Vocational High School. He is an automobile mechanic at Borci Auto Service.
