David and Gail Coe of 26 Heather Circle, Jefferson, MA., announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Coe, to David Michael Blair.

Miss Coe is a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School, Holden; Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA., and received a master's degree in public health from Boston University.

Mr. Blair, the son of Robert and Elizabeth Blair of Foxboro, MA,., is a graduate of Stanford University in California.  He is vice president of technical marketing for Parametric Technology Corp. of Europe, based in Milan, Italy.

A July wedding is planned.
