Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Bazinet of 11 Bedford Drive, North Grafton, MA. announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly A. Bazinet, to Jamie J. DeCaire.

Miss Bazinet is a graduate of Grafton High School, University of Rhode Island, North Kingston, and received a master's degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. She is a speech-language pathologist for Grafton Public Schools.

Mr. DeCaire, the son of John F. DeCaire of Seminole, Fla., and Carol D. Benson of North Grafton, is a graduate of Grafton High School and Worcester State College. He is employed by JD's Sports Pub, Shrewsbury, MA.

A July wedding is planned.
