Mr. and Mrs. William Anderson of Greenville, R.I., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer A. Anderson, to Christopher L. Whitten.

Miss Anderson, a graduate of Rhode Island College in Providence, is employed by Watt Stopper.

Mr. Whitten, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Salter Whitten of 145 W. Hartford Ave., Uxbridge, MA., is a graduate of Uxbridge High School and Dean College, Franklin, Mass. He is employed by Cat Country 98.1-FM radio station in Providence.
