Irene Barry announces the engagement of her daughter, Anne M. Barry, to Raymond S. Giumentaro. Miss Barry is also the daughter of the late Richard C. Barry.

A graduate of Auburn High School and Worcester State College, she received a master's degree in management from Lesley College, Boston. She is employed at the college of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA.

Mr. Giumentaro, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond R. Giumentaro of Shrewsbury, is a graduate of Shrewsbury High School and Central New England College, Worcester, MA.  He is employed by Cytyc Corp, Boxboro, MA.

A June wedding is planned.
